Purpose of the site
The site presents the short-term rental apartments and services offered by Alessia’s Flat Srl in Milan and Bergamo, and allows visitors to request information via the contact form.
Bookings and cancellations
Requests submitted through the site do not constitute a confirmed booking: confirmation only occurs after direct follow-up from the Controller. Cancellation terms applicable to confirmed bookings are described in our Cancellation policy (alessiasflat.com/refund). As these are accommodation services for a specific stay date, the right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply (Art. 59(n), Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005); the cancellation terms shown at the time of booking remain applicable.
Guest obligations
By law all guests must be identified and their details reported to the public security authorities (Art. 109 TULPS): the Controller may ask for a valid ID document for each guest before or upon arrival. Where due, tourist tax is payable by guests under the regulation of the municipality where the apartment is located.
Content and intellectual property
Text, images, logos, and other site content are owned by the Controller or used under licence, and may not be reproduced without authorisation.
Limitation of liability
The Controller strives to keep the site’s information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or service interruptions. Use of the site is at your own risk to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Bergamo courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights provided by law.
